The World Games 2022

LRY was the first minority-owned woman event production company to be selected to produce The World Games 2022 Birmingham Opening and Closing Ceremony along with managing The World Games Plaza, a multi-day fan experience. The once-in-a-lifetime event attracted over 30,000 attendees and fans. From stage production, broadcasting, operations & logistics, talent management, media relations, LRY played an integral role in showcasing the beauty, strength and communities of Birmingham to the world. Guest musical performances featured Lionel Richie, Yolanda Adams, Tony Toni Tone, Big Boi, Big Head Todd & the Monsters, Worth the Wait, Lupe Fiasco, Ruben Studdard, Pastor Mike Jr., and many more.
